5TH GRADE YEARBOOK DEDICATIONS

Pre-order forms for the Hickory Creek Yearbook have been sent home and parents of 5th grade students have an opportunity to purchase space for a written dedication and a photo, if you choose. 

Your dedication can exceed no more than 100 words, including the salutation and closing.  The charge for the dedication only is $25.00.  Dedications may be emailed to [email protected].   Should you wish to include a photo of your student, upload the photo to the Shutterfly account listed below and we will size it to approximately 2” x 3” depending on space available.   Photo and dedication is $35.00.

When you upload your picture, be sure to reference your student’s name.

Checks should be made out to HCE and sent to the office to the attention of Ms. Moser.    These funds must be separate from the yearbook order.
